2012 Rosters
The team assignments are listed below for flag football. We also assigned parents who requested coaching positions to teams that needed coaches. Some team moms have been assigned as well for the season. Sorry if any typos are listed but you can email me the corrections if needed. If your son is not listed below, it's just an admin error and we have a spot for him which we'll assign at first practice.
If you haven't already, please bring signed doctor forms to Mike Ellis at first practice.
We will begin team practices next Thursday (9/6) and Friday (9/7) at 6pm. Everyone should meet at the lacrosse field and then teams will move to different fields for practice. We will also cover rules and information about how the games should run next week for new coaches. Coaches can talk to their parents next week for additional help and a team mom if not assigned.
Many of the 7 year olds have moved up to pads this season so we have a much larger group of 5 year olds this season. Feel free to recruit more parents to help coach as it can be difficult to keep 5 and 6 year olds standing still while running plays. I have a 5 year old playing so I understand the challenges but this should be a great opportunity for the younger kids to get more practice and chances at the fun positions, QB, center, running back, etc.
Thanks for all your help and we look forward to a great season! Let me know if you have any questions. Click to email corrections mikeellis3@yahoo.com
